Dominican English Muffin Breakfast Sandwich

So the weekend is almost here. WooHoo! I love cooking breakfast on the weekends and maybe you will wake up in the mood to cook yourself something to enjoy next to that cup of coffee you are be craving Saturday morning as soon as your eyes open.

I like to get creative, so one morning I made this breakfast sandwich. What is it? It’s an egg (over easy) and fried ham sitting on top of mangu… all wrapped up in a toasted English muffin with butter. Fat attack? You better believe it. Delicious? Heck yea!
